Cooking Demo success! On October 30th, Thursday Get Fit Festus had a healthy cooking demonstration given by Carrie Weatherholt, Registered Dietitian and assisted by Molly Pollete from Jefferson County Health Department. Several came out for this event that was held at Immanuel Lutheran Family Life Center in Festus (many thanks to Immanuel Lutheran for the use of their facility).
