Object of the program is to maintain your weight within one pound over the holidays. There will be 3 Initial weigh in locations and times. The Final weigh in will be in January. You can win a Get Fit Festus T-shirt and chances to win other great prizes.
November 3, Tuesday: Jefferson County Family YMCA from 2:00pm-9:00pm
November 5, Thursday: Jefferson Regional Medical Center from 9:00am -4:00pm. Located in the Outpatient Rehab Department.
November 7, Saturday: Immanuel Lutheran Family Life Center 9:00am - 12:00noon.
Located at 221 Brierton Lane, Festus
