Beat the Holiday Bulge News!

Well we have one behind us and two more holidays to go. Are you finding it hard to resist the goodies, have you tried some new healthful recipes?

All the parades and football games that are coming here is a little fact from a recent study. People that eat while watching TV on average consume almost 600 calories more that those that are not watching TV. This is because our brains can not determine our level of satisfaction from eating from the stimulation provided by what we are watching. That adds up to over a pound a week that we could gain from eating and watching hours of football and parades.
