Our first meeting of the year will be on Thursday, January 13th at 4:00pm, location TBD. If you will be joining us for the first time, please email us ahead of time. We will add you to the Get Fit Festus email list, which we use to provide information on meeting location, as well as meeting agendas and minutes.

December 8th Walking Group
Join the walking group on Wednesday, December 8th for a special holiday light walk. As usual, the group will meet at 6:30pm at the Festus Library but will walk a 5-mile route to see some great lights in Festus and Crystal City.
Hats, scarves, mittens, and warm socks are highly encouraged! Remember, there's no bad weather for exercising, only bad clothing ;)
